went to my son for a specific used car found on autotrader.ca, after that we did a drive test and everything we went for the price, the saleperson try to sell it for $500 more than the listed price plus service and brakes change, when I show him the price on autotrader he did not moved a muscle, he just said "now this is the price", the worst sales person I ever meet in my life, I just turn around and left, will never go back to this dealership or associates, all

Hello Every one, BEWARE ! QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE Just want to share my experience with 401 Dixie Nissan, I purchased 2016 Nissan rogue from them. it was not just 6 months wind shield cracked without any reason no chip , probably glass quality any way it was under warranty they replaced it , accepted manufacturing defect. 2 year later same thing happened , I took my car there , it was reviewed again by the service manager exactly same problem , no chip , took a pictures of the windshield again and promised me to get back to me though email or phone . No body bothered to even called me . I tried calling them almost for a week every day left voice messages as suggested by them , no response . finally they said it is out of warranty , because its covered until 60,000 km mine was 85000 km. Now I am thinking I made a biggest mistake going to 401 dixie Nissan of my life. Once warranty is just over its your pain ENJOY ! Just like Nissan parts customer service at 401 Dixie is also like that . Only good when making a deal after that you are a stranger when it comes to customer service. Very gainful experience ...

FAULTY GAS TANK ISSUE

Hello, My name is Calli Jensen and I am writing to you regarding my 2014 Nissan pathfinder and the poor service I have received in dealing with my vehicle issues at 401 Dixie Nissan and through your consumer complaint phone number yesterday. I had called in to Dixie Nissan regarding a Major issue with my Gas tank and Gas Gauge Not working Properly. When I put gas in the tank as an example it says I have 400 kms left to empty. I then drive 10 Minutes and the gas shows 100kms left to empty. Sometimes I start my vehicle it says one number or reading on the gas gauge , then 5 mins later it drops or goes back up to a totally different amount. Dixie Nissan said to come in and have the vehicle assessed. The issue is that there is no error message when they connect it to the computer so they said there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. It is an intermittent problem and happens at random times. This is a Manufacture Defect which I can see from the thousands of customer complaints online with many Nissan vehicles. I can even see there was a recall for this issue with other Nissan vehicles https://forums.nicoclub.com/2014-pathfinder-gas-gauge-problem-t585864.html http://www.nissanproblems.com/fuel-gauge-inaccurate/ http://www.fixya.com/cars/t268766**-**14_nissan_pathfinder_sl_pressed http://www.carproblemzoo.com/nissan/pathfinder/other-fuel-system-tank-assembly-problems.php I booked an appointment last week for Tuesday may 21 at 10 am because of this gas tank issue and they then told me I have another recall so the booked my appointment to have the recall done. I went to the appointment and after sitting there 2.5 hours they told me they don't have the parts for the recall and I need to schedule ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK to come back Friday at 10 am for the recall. She then told me I need to pay 100.00 for a diagnosis for the gas tanks issue which I know for a fact its a manufacture issue in the sensor in the gas tank which send the amount of gas to the dash. This problem does not show as an error light on the dash so when they plug into the computer they don't see any issue. She told me To fill my gas which is over 100.00 and return Friday for them to try again. They did not even ask anyone if this is a common problem or if there has been any other complaints in regards to this common problem in the gas tank. I have seen hundreds if not thousands of complaints online. I am leaving in 10 days to Drive from Toronto to Vancouver in this vehicle and Zero has been done to resolve this matter. I'm driving a vehicle and I can not tell if I'm going to run out of gas or if I even have the right amount of gas in the tank. So not only did they not have the parts ordered for my recall appointment She told me to fill my gas tank and come back Friday( who is paying my 2 days of missing work and the 100.00 to fill the gas )and they can try and diagnose the vehicle again which I know wont work. I then called Nissan Canada customer complaint and she told me to go to another dealership lol !! like that will fix the issue ? I now have to go back Friday for the recall appointment but I'm still driving a vehicle which is not working properly Not one person in the dealership or at Nissan Canada has even assited me I'm at the point when I may return this vehicle to the dealer if I don't get this issue handed when I attend Friday after taking another day off work to do the recall.er thank you for your attention to this matter. I had vehicle 3 months and its been a complete nightmare dealing with all the issues with it. I'm not impressed
